MEET THE RESTORATION WELLNESS TEAM
James N. Stowe LPC, CAADC, CCPG
Individual & Couples Therapy Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Grief & Loss, Gambling Issues
James N Stowe MA, LPC, CAADC, CCPG provides comprehensive outpatient services to treat mental health, substance abuse, ADHD, grief/loss, anxiety/depression, trauma, relationship/marital difficulties, workplace challenges and gambling issues, among others. I openly welcome individuals and couples of all cultures, gender orientations and faiths, from late adolescence through adulthood.
Developing a trusting, collaborative, therapeutic partnership, provides the foundation for achieving the goals of each individual and couple.
As a therapist, I actively seek to understand your concerns and your perspective. I support a non-judgmental Patient-Therapist Partnership, with sensitivity to individual beliefs and preferences. As you teach me about yourself, we will work together to find ways that your experiences, strengths, and the support others, can help make your life better.
The counseling relationship works best when patient and therapist understand one another. I am open to sharing my own mistakes, successes, experiences and personal challenges. My approach is supportive and realistic, focusing on the development of personal strengths, positive self-care and mindfulness.
Danielle Roser, MA, LPC
Adults and Adolescents Addiction and Wellness Counseling
Danielle has over 15 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, couples and families dealing with things such as anxiety, depression, addiction, PTSD/trauma, disordered eating, OCD and grief. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2004 minoring in Family Studies; received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology in 2009 specializing in Trauma Studies; and became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2011.
More importantly than her credentials though, she understands the struggle that untreated mental health issues and unresolved childhood trauma can bring and works with clients from this personal experience.
Sandra Wiley, LCSW
I have been interested in psychology ever since I can remember and it has been
an honor, and a blessing to watch others enrich their lives in so many rewarding
ways!! With over 20 years of experience, my continuing education as a therapist
has not only involved course work, but the clients themselves have often been my
best teachers! I received my Masters of Social Service from Bryn Mawr College in
1997 and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2004. Some of the
treatment modalities that I have found to be the most effective are Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Client Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused
Therapy just to name a few. I believe that every person is unique. I like to help
facilitate a ‘teamwork’ approach with a lot of feedback from each individual. to
help them reach their desired goals and to lead a more fulfilling life! In addition
to working with people on an individual basis, I also work with families who
want to learn to communicate more effectively in an environment that promotes
healing. I enjoy working with people from adolescents through adulthood
including the elderly. Every person deserves an opportunity to become the
person that he or she is truly meant to be!
