Practice Director

Griszel Long, LCSW

I have a genuine passion for the work I do. I have significant experience helping individuals and families address mental health challenges that come with simply being human.

My professional practice has covered a wide range of activities within the field of mental health, from administrative, national trainer, consultant, supervisor, and in direct service as a psychotherapist. Outside of my work I enjoy being with my family, and my mixed yorkie, Bella. In my spare time, I love to read non-fiction and venture out to flea markets to get a good find!

Danielle Roser, MA, LPC

Danielle has over 15 years of experience working with people of various ages and stages of life. She graduated from Arcadia University in 2009 with a master’s in psychology and became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2011. She is currently working on her certification for EMDR (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing) which is an evidence-based treatment for trauma.

She approaches therapy from a wholistic perspective and, like many other professionals in the field, believes an eclectic approach is best to fit the individual person’s needs and has seen the difference addressing childhood trauma can make in reaching therapeutic goals.

Sandy Wiley, LCSW

I have been interested in psychology ever since I can remember and it has been an honor, and a blessing to watch others enrich their lives in so many rewarding ways.

With over 20 years of experience, my continuing education as a therapist has not only involved course work, but the clients themselves have often been my best teachers! I received my Master of Social Service from Bryn Mawr College in 1997 and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2004. Some of the treatment modalities that I have found to be the most effective are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Client Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy just to name a few. I believe that every person is unique. I like to help facilitate a ‘teamwork’ approach with a lot of feedback from everyone. To help them reach their desired goals and to lead a more fulfilling life!

In addition to working with people on an individual basis, I also work with families who want to learn to communicate more effectively in an environment that promotes healing. Some of the issues that I treat include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, grief and loss, and complex PTSD.

I enjoy working with people from adolescence through adulthood including the elderly. Right now, I am working on Thursdays but am looking to expand my practice further.

I find my own personal healing through swimming, singing, walking in nature and spending time with friends and family. I truly believe that every person deserves an opportunity to become the person that he or she is meant to be!

Specialty:

Depression/Anxiety, trauma related interventions and Women’s empowerment work.

Office Schedule:

Wednesdays and Thursdays, 12pm-7:00pm

Alley Trull, LPC

Hi, my name is Ally Trull. As a mental health counselor, I truly believe that “it is the connection that heals.” To me, this means that it’s important to build trust, safety, and empathy in my work with clients, both adults and children. I believe it’s these aspects of connection that allow the clients I work with to heal from past hurts and grow.

I’m also very genuine in sessions with clients and I hope you can be too! When I’m not working as a counselor, I enjoy playing music in a community band, road and mountain biking, and hiking in the woods.

Specialty:

Adults (facing depression and anxiety), Children and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, mood regulation, identity, family issues, and more.

Office Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 10:am-7:00pm
